DESIGN WORK HAS BEGUN ON THE VENUE AT SWORDS
This is a new concept in entertainment comprising a nightclub with bars and restaurants over six storeys.

This building, and an adjacent building, is serviced by a 300 car underground basement.

The project is due to start on site mid 2007 and architects are O'Leary Gilmore Architects.
